To simplify this Shopback review, this is a cashback reward program. It allows you to shop online through the app and earn money back!

If you’re an avid online shopper, this app is a must-have for all your shopping needs. You don’t need to do anything else to earn money here other than just use the app to shop online!

The app is available to multiple Asian countries with over 5 million members registered. It was founded in August 2014 and was made available to the Philippines in July 2016. Since then, it has grown exponentially in the country which allowed the platform to perform well up to this day.

How Does Shopback Work?

How does this work? Can you really earn money in here? How would Shopback be profitable? What’s the catch?

For first-timers, these are all valid questions you may have when hearing about this opportunity. But trust me, the app is legit!

Shopback partners with local as well as international brands. Because of this, they are given commissions for referring users to their shops which Shopback shares with the members!

This is a great deal considering the Philippines has around 70% of online shoppers from 71.4 million internet users! Now, we can earn a little money back from shopping!

The way the platform works is very easy. You just need to follow these simple steps:

1. You need to register for an account in Shopback. If you’re on a computer, this link will open in a browser. If you’re on a smartphone or a tablet, it will prompt you to download the Shopback app. Don’t worry, signing up is easy and free!

2. Next, you’ll log in to your Shopback account. Then once you’re in the platform, you need to search for the name of the store you’re going to shop into. Take note that you can only receive your cash back when you open the store from your Shopback app!

3. That’s it, you can then check out your order and wait for your cash back to be tracked. You can then withdraw your earnings after some weeks.

Is Shopback Safe?

Shopback is a safe platform where you can earn cash back from shopping online! It’s trusted by millions of people around the world and the app has been featured in countless news outlets.

Also, we know that this app is super safe because we are not required to deposit any money in it! This significantly lessens the chances of us getting scammed.

Although I’m aware of some stories online claiming that they haven’t received their rewards after waiting, this is still a legit platform.

Personally, I’ve earned thousands from Shopback as you can see from the picture and I haven’t encountered a problem yet. It’s just a matter of using the app carefully to earn rewards.

Shopback’s Enticing Features

features

At this point in our Shopback review, we now know that we can earn money in here. But aside from that, what are some of the features that this platform offers? Let’s take a look at them:

400 Partner Stores – Online shopping in the Philippines has been gaining popularity ever since it took off in the past years. 4 years after it was released in the Philippines, Shopback now has over 400 local merchant partner stores! This includes popular online stores such as Lazada, Shopee, Foodpanda, Zalora, Hotels.com, Zaful and many more.

Because of this, you can virtually earn money back when you shop online in the Philippines just by using the app!

Free and Easy Registration – Another thing that makes this app super accessible is free and easy registration! You don’t need to spend anything just to create an account here. You just need to register an account here and follow the instructions! If you registered using our link, you should receive a P100 bonus as well!

Deals Filter – Another nifty feature that this app has is the Deals where it filters all the promos in the app. Here, you can filter them by selecting the categories, vouchers, deals, and stores. Furthermore, you can arrange them using the highest to lowest cashbacks, expiring soon, latest deals and popular.

This feature allows you to easily see the top deals according to your needs without the need to manually search for them!

Plenty of Rewards & Surveys – Aside from the ability to earn cash back from shopping online through the platform, Shopback also offers some mega cashbacks! A few months ago, I earned P500 cash back just by creating an account in a digital bank called ING through Shopback! Currently, they also offer P1,500 cashback if you create a Citibank credit card through the app.

Aside from that, they also offer SurveyWall which allows you to earn from surveys! Just search for SurveyWall in the Shopback app and you can start earning P1 and more from each survey.

There are plenty of rewards and surveys available from time to time. My tip for you is to regularly check the platform for these irresistible offers! They are time-limited so grab them while you can.

Challenges – From time to time, Shopback also rolls out some challenges that allow you to earn more cashbacks! Recently, they introduced challenges that required you to invite 2-3 friends to the app using your link so you can earn additional P250 and P400 cashback!

These are just some of the challenges you might encounter when using the app. Visit the app regularly to earn more through these!

Fast and Clean UI – For first time users, they will be greeted by a simple and minimal platform design! In here, you can easily search for the stores you want to go to through the app. You can also instantly see your earnings in your dashboard.

For clarification, here are some Shopback terms you need to know about your earnings:

  • Available Balance – The total amount you’ve earned available for withdraw.
  • Pending Earnings – This is the cashbacks you’ve earned but are still pending confirmation. Once confirmed, they will move to your available balance.

How Much Can You Earn with Shopback?

By this point you might be wondering, how much money can I earn through Shopback? Is it worth using this or am I just wasting my time?

To answer that, let me tell you this frankly. You won’t earn a lot in here. But you can earn some decent cashbacks here and there.

The cashback rates range from 0% – 18% and more! Remember, you can earn a lot in here from other programs and events not just through cashbacks. So, there’s potential to earn a lot if you use the app frequently.

And of course, if you’re already shopping online regularly, wouldn’t you want the opportunity to earn some money back?
